[/caption]In todays Thomas Friedman article in the New York Times, he describes how Mubarak is a lot like Rip Van Winkle meeting Facebook, a leader completely out of touch with his people.
I’d argue that similarly, Obama is about as out of touch with what everyday American go through as much as Mubarak was with the trials and tribulations of the Egyptian people. Not a day goes by where Obama does not propose some ridiculous new government program which will cost us millions or even billions, and truly net us nothing in return: no jobs, no prosperity, just more and more cash for his crony friends. For someone so supposedly intelligent, he seems amazingly out of touch and ill informed.
It’s too bad we can’t depose Obama. At least not yet. We’re working on it though.
