Debt Equals Entire US Economy

[caption id="attachment_3169" align="alignright" width="67" caption="Debt Equals Entire US Economy"][/caption]

According to the Washington Times, our debt now equals total U.S. economy. Thats just great. Thanks for that, Mr. Obama, Mr. Bush, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Bush, Mr. Reagan, Mr. Carter, Mr. Ford, Mr. Nixon, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Eisenhower, Mr. Truman & Mr. Roosevelt. Each and every one of you has contributed to this enormous debt, some of you are more to blame than others, but you all have a hand in it. Yes, even you Mr. Reagan. You cut taxes but you didn't cut spending.

So here is the thing. We can't go back in time. But what we can do is unravel this unholy mess. Start with the last thing we did, any keep repealing and shutting down program after program and government department after department and cutting spending after spending. It is the only way for us to survive.

Like An Abusive Spouse

[caption id="attachment_3153" align="alignright" width="100" caption="Abuse"][/caption]

I came to thinking the other day that governments all over the world are a bit like abusive, narcissistic spouses. As in those relationships, the abusive spouse goes through all of these phases in order to attempt to make the spouse “love them” – like giving them jewelry and material goods (welfare programs, health care, etc ) and then once they have been wooed into a loving state, they then start smacking them around. Then the cycle continues.

Like an abusive spouse, governments everywhere abuse their people, then wonder why the people don’t love them and want more of them.

Dealing with that kind of spouse really only have one solution: divorce. But how do we “divorce” from our own government? Force it into as small a box as possible, take away as much of its power as you can, starve it for funds, put it on a diet. Unlike a person, the state has no soul or feelings, should it should be easy to put it back in its place.

Obama’s Bad Budget

[caption id="attachment_3056" align="alignright" width="150" caption="Obama's Bad Budget"][/caption]

Obama revealed his budget today and its a doozy: massive tax hikes, minor cuts and more bull crap, basically a $3.73 trillion debacle. Once again, he shows himself to be completely, woefully, and maybe willfully stupid when it comes to what needs to be done in order to GROW an economy, not to KILL an economy. Has this guy even graduated from Economics 101? Since when can you encourage people to start businesses and companies to work harder and be more successful by penalizing that very success? He thinks that, unlike an ass who he can load up and load up and load up with as much debt burden as possible and there will be no complaints and rearing up, we will just sit and take his massive tax and spend plans. Well, we all say NO. Unless you smarten up and get educated on what you need to do in order to truly grow the economy, and that is to get out of our way, then we are standing pat, thank you very  much.

What Do You Think Of Americans?

[caption id="attachment_3160" align="alignright" width="100" caption="What Do You Think Of Americans?"][/caption]

It’s funny, but whenever I travel anywhere, or even hear reports from the media in other countries, we always seem to hear the same refrain, when someone asks “What do you think of Americans?”:
We love the American people, we just don’t love the American government.

No matter who is in power, whether its Obama, Bush, Reagan, Clinton, Carter. Everytime, they recognize (well at least most people do) that it’s the US government and its policies that they have a problem with, its not the American people.

Also, funnily enough, we also have similar issues with our government. Usually, they feel that we have more control of our government than they do over theirs, being “free” and “democratic”. But we don’t, and things are just getting worse. We have more in common with the rest of the people’s of the world than they think.

Lady Gaga 2012

[caption id="attachment_3163" align="alignright" width="75" caption="Lady Gaga 2012"][/caption]

How can we win the next election against someone with the "star power" of Barack Hussein Obama? (Although if you ask me, I'd say almost anyone could win against him now, but we can't underestimate the power of a lapdog media and a forgetful electorate, especially with a possible billion dollar campaign budget)

What we need to go up against Barack Obama is someone with the same level of “Star Power”. I mean do you really see these people, who have no name recognition outside of conservative circles, such as Chris Christie, Herman Cain, Mitch Daniels, though they may be powerful messengers for free speech and free markets, can they really play in the same league as someone like Donald Trump or Sarah Palin?

Personally, I think if we could get Lady Gaga to declare herself a Republican, win the nomination and go up against Obama, that probably our best chance to win. I wonder if the liberals would keep listening to her?

Grammies? Distraction.

[caption id="attachment_3158" align="alignright" width="100" caption="Grammies. Distraction."][/caption]

Did you watch the Grammies last night? No? Neither did I. Nor do I watch any reality shows, award shows or celebrity stuff. Like sports and beer, they are distractions which the state hopes will keep our attention so that we wont focus on the big issues, like the size of our debt.

Sure, lets focus of what Lady Gaga is wearing, instead of our massive debt. Why not catch Mick Jagger whooping it up on stage, instead of thinking about our failing educational system. Let’s checkout what near-naked outfit will be turning heads this year, instead of wondering how we will be able to get a job in this job market. Let’s booze it up, and get all shocked and appalled at the latest American Idol singer to be booted off the show.

The state wants you distracted by all this. They want us to think about other things, not what they are doing to ruin our life, and our children's lives. Lets not let them.

Change In Egypt?

[caption id="attachment_3097" align="alignright" width="150" caption="A Change In Egypt?"][/caption]

As some people as saying regarding the ousting of Mubarak in Egypt : “the more things change, the more they stay the same”. The military has been in power for the last 30 years, and Mubarak has simply been the figurehead for that military. Will it really make any difference if there is a new face on the same old regime? Will there really be free and open, democratic elections in that country? Will the current regime really allow themselves to be voted out…assuming that a true government by the people for the people, like our system, can actually survive and thrive in the middle east?

Maybe any change is good. Maybe any change is an opportunity for democracy to flourish. Either way, one thing is true, if it weren’t for the Internet giving voice to the protesters, none of this change could have happened. The internet will probably be the biggest weapon against tyranny the world will ever know.

Obama Supplicates

[caption id="attachment_3155" align="alignright" width="100" caption="Obama Supplicates"][/caption]

You know, I can almost understand what Obama is trying to do on the foreign policy front. Like most liberals, he feels that the United States foreign policy has been too “aggressive” and “pushy”. Like most progressives, he has drunk the Kool-Aid thinking that America is the bully of the planet. That all we ever do is push other countries around, and give them ultimatums etc. So can sort of see where he is coming from with this new, “kinder, gentler, WEAKER” attitude.

But if you ask me, there is a big difference between what he is doing and at least presenting himself as an equal. In far too many occasions, not only does he not act the aggressive bully, he goes way too far in the other direction, practically allowing these other “leaders” to push him around and tell him what to do. This whole debacle in Egypt is a good example.

I don’t know about you but I’d prefer a president who at least presents us as equals, not subservient.

909 - Egypt Free? - Obama Supplicates - CPAC: Trump, Ron Paul, Herman Cain

On Today's Show:

  • Mubarak either steps down or is pushed out, either way, does this mean freedom and democracy for Egypt, or will it be more of the same?

  • Why is it that Obama has to supplicate himself to every world. I mean I can understand why we doesn't want all these people to feel below him but at the same time, why does he not at least treat everyone else as an equal. He treats other world leaders as better than him and by extension all other peoples better that the American people

  • CPAC is pretty rousing, with Donald Trump, Ron Paul, Herman Cain, all great figures. Trump comes out and says the obvious, Ron Paul has ZERO chance, which is true, but I don't think I can trust Trump either. How much of a conservative/libertarian is he, anyways?

Obama To Strengthen UN

[caption id="attachment_3125" align="alignright" width="150" caption="Obama To Strengthen The UN"][/caption]

Not a surprise. Obama will now spend more of our taxpayer dollars to strengthen an organization which derides us, uses us and abuses us at every turn. This organization, which has really never been pro-American, takes our money, resides on our soil, gives every petty tyrant and dictator power, influence and a voice that they would never have, save for our generosity, never would.

I think I know why this is. I think that Obama has never set his sights on the presidency of the United States to be his end goal. I think he’d rather try to run the entire world. So he’s probably just prepping for the day when he will get ousted out of office, sort of a pay it forward nest feathering for his next gig. Don’t you see Obama as the next “President of The World”?
